The Adult Kata Program is similar to the martial arts classes you have probably seen on television and movies.

 

Students in this program learn by memorizing and executing Kata. Kata, a Japanese word, is a kind of choreographed series of movements that teach students movements that match their level of skill. One might think of Kata as a choreographed fight scene against an invisible partner
